- How do I place an order?

- What exactly comes with this service?
Agencies that purchase a license to use ACT products will have access to the following items:
(a) A one year license to use The Domestic Violence, Vehicle Stop, and Active Shooter modules
(b) Phase I of each module, completed by individual users, focuses on critical decision points
(c) Phase II of each module, completed by individual users, focuses on smaller decisions and related learning points
(d) Phase III of each module, completed as a member of a team, is a leader/trainer guided class that can be conducted at one time or over the course of several roll calls
(e) Downloads of Phase I and II for all registered users
(f) Access to a clean film without interactive features, a lesson plan, and a presentation to support Phase III training for each module
(g) The right to reproduce Phase III materials for agency use only
(h) Technical support in downloading and running the ACT app
(i) Learning management features that enable you to track the progress of your officers
Agencies that purchase a license for an individual product will receive the following items:
A one year license to use the product(s) purchased and the items from the list above for the product(s) purchased.
Individuals that purchase a license for any product(s) will receive the following items: A one year license to use the product(s) purchased and items (b), (c), (e), and (i) from the list above for the product(s) purchased.
- How long does it take to complete each training module?
Completing Phases I and II will take approximately 2 hours, depending on the amount of reference items that the user consults. Completing Phase III will take about 2 to 4 hours depending on the number of students assembled and the group discussion.
- How do I get a certificate for completing the module?
For members of an agency that purchased an ACT product, the module completion certificates for Phases I and II will be e-mailed to you and to the registered training administrator for your agency. Individual purchasers will receive completion certificates directly. You will be required to fill in your name and the date on the certificate. You must keep a copy of both the certificate and the e-mail in order for this certificate of completion to be valid.
- How much does ACT cost?
The cost of ACT depends on the following: (i) whether it is an individual or agency that is purchasing the product(s), (ii) the size of your agency, and (iii) whether an individual module is purchased or all modules are purchased. Contact us to learn more.
- What are the payment options?
Payment may be made by check or credit card.
- What is the return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with the training modules, we will issue a refund for any incomplete module licenses.
- Can I review the product before making a purchase decision?
Yes. Just click the demo button on any page. After viewing the demo, please contact us for more information.
- Do I have to purchase software?
No. Everything required is delivered online.
- What software and system is needed to run the program?
The supporting application for ACT is Adobe AIR, downloadable for free at: http://www.adobe.com/products/air/faq.html ACT is compatible with PC and Apple platforms. Mobile applications are in development, however, presently not available.
- What are the minimum system requirements?
We suggest the following minimum system for a faithful representation of our product:

- How long does it take to download the ACT program?
Download times vary by system and internet connection speeds. It is a robust program that will typically take several minutes to download.
- What if I can’t get the program to run on my computer?
Technical support is available by contacting support@activecontinuoustraining.com. Queries are responded to within 24 hours.
- What if I stop in the middle of a module before completing it?
Don’t worry. You will be able to pick up where you left off next time you login.
- I lost my login information. What should I do?
Your user name is the e-mail address at which you receive e-mails from us. To recover your password, click on the lost password button on the sign in page and follow the instructions.
